With the ICEW kicking off this morning, we’re extremely impressed with the level of interest and awareness around Customer Experience.
This is the second year that ICEW has been running in South Africa and the Maslow Hotel in Sandton is where it’s all happening.
There’s a great mix of international and SA-based speakers, providing their know-how and expertise in the field of Customer Experience and beyond.
The programme istself is structured to allow high levels of interactivity with the speakers on a wide range of topics, and we’re looking forward to applying and sharing what we’ve learnt with our clients and peers.
Interact RDT has the pleasure of being one of the conference’s official exhibitors and we’ll be sharing our Customer Experience Insights and Solutions with attendees, throughout the conference.
