The new Consumer Protection Act is a hot topic at the moment ahead of its implementation on April 1st. Under the new regulations, it is going to become increasingly difficult for companies to communicate with and gather feedback from their consumers.
There is, however, a massive opportunity for companies to stay in-touch with their consumers under the new C.P.A.
