TransUnion is an international credit bureau currently expanding their business within the African market. As part of this expansion they wanted to launch a new service offering in Kenya, this new service allows consumers to get their credit status simply by sending an sms.
This allows consumers to know what their current credit status is before shopping around for credit. Not only this but the new service allows consumers to also request their credit report and a clearance certificate.
The main objective of the campaign was to create awareness of the new service whilst educating consumers on the importance of managing their credit correctly.
