The Voice Of The People
The name “Vox Pop” is an abbreviation of the Latin word, Vox Populi. In English, it translates to "the voice of the people", an appropriate name considering its function.
We develop a questionnaire of no more than five questions, each crafted to ensure that they are both concise and relevant – getting straight to our client’s objectives. In teams of two, our researchers approach consumers who match the profile. One records the conversation, while the other conducts the 2 minute interview.

The interview is facilitated closely using our own set of best practices. It ensures that respondents give in-depth, detailed answers, while at the same time we avoid leading or influencing their opinions. Respondents are also informed that the session will be recorded and they are asked to give their permission for it to be used.
Once the research in field is completed, the videos are analysed and grouped into insights and findings relevant to the set of questions asked. The result is a string of insightful videos that tell a story to the brand about their consumers while at the same time answering the key questions our clients have on their mind.
