Designing The Focus Group Framework
Simply facilitating an unguided discussion can be unreliable, so in order to guarantee that each focus group is as insightful and constructive as the last, we put a lot of effort and creativity into their design.
Before they start, each participant is given an iPad loaded with an individual survey on the subject that will be discussed in the focus groups. This allows us to measure their individual opinion, and it makes for an insightful comparison to the collective opinion of the group.
Creating An Interactive Environment
For the focus group itself, we invent games, individual tasks and team exercises that get the most out of each participant. Every moment is filled with an activity or discussion that is formulated to gain information and most importantly actionable insights.
The whole session is recorded, and clients are able to watch it happen simultaneously in a separate room.
